There are virtually no Noni side effects. The minor side effects that we have observed could also be seen for any other fruit juice like apple juice and orange juice.
Over the years research has stated minimal reported side effects, in which less than 5 percent of Noni juice users experienced symptoms like minor belching, loose stools, mild rash or other allergy symptoms. The belching was usually stopped when the Noni juice dosage was lowered. Skin reactions and digestive problems as mentioned above subsided around 72 hours after using Noni juice.
Even for pregnant and nursing mothers Noni juice has shown to be safe.
Interactions of Noni with medication

Up to this point there is no known restriction in terms of Noni be taken with any kind of medications. But if you want to play it safe, just take Noni at different times as you take you meds.
Of course you should let your doctor know that you are planning on taking Noni juice, because sometimes a doctor might be able to decrease the dose of your medication because you are taking it with Noni juice. Never change the dosage of your medication without prior approval of your doctor though.
Noni has also been used to reduce the side effects from a prescribed medication. Actually in the traditional Hawaiian Huna Art of healing, Noni was sometimes used as an ingredient to offset the side effects of another herbal ingredient. Because of the detoxing nature of Noni, it would be used also as an ingredient in beverages to counteract the side effects of some of the other ingredients.
