The right Noni Juice Dosage is a very individual thing. Because there have never been any human clinical trials with Noni, conventional wisdom regarding treatment and dosage is anecdotal at best. Traditionally, the recommend starting Noni juice dosage is 1oz (2T) daily. After your body becomes acclimated to Noni, this dosage may be increased as necessary.
Noni is a natural fruit juice product and there is no such thing as a Noni overdose. Noni juice is a good cleanser, so the worse that might happen if you drink too much is you may find yourself making more visits to the porcelain princess than usual! Your own body is the best judge of how much Noni juice to take. Most experts agree that higher dosages are called for in the treatment of serious disease, such as cancer or diabetes.
The best time to take Noni juice is first thing in the morning, or a half hour before meals. That way the juice makes its way directly into the small intestines where it is quickly absorbed into the body. If the taste of pure Noni juice is too unpalatable to you, it is perfectly acceptable to mix it with water or your favorite fruit juice.
Terry takes about 2 oz twice a day, morning and evening, because it helps with regularity the next morning. On the other hand, Terry's mother, who takes Noni for arthritis and for energy, takes only a half ounce, with a little water, once a day. I just open the fridge in the morning and guzzle it directly from the bottle. I do this partly because I don't have the time or patience to measure out tablespoons of Noni juice first thing in the morning, and partly because I know it pisses Terry off when I drink directly from the bottle!
