Noni for Baby Boomers
The popularity of Noni for Baby Boomers was recently revealed at the recent Supply Side East trade show in Secaucus, New Jersey. Peter Zambetti, manager for dietary supplements for Capsugel's global business development said "Around 50 percent of all dietary supplement products sold in the United States are age-related products for baby boomers," and that Noni rank 7th most popular supplement after calcium, glucosamine, minerals, fish oil, co-enzyme Q10 and probiotics.
Noni sales were over $200 mio in 2006, which is according to Zambetti a increase of $20 mio compared to the year before. Noni which was hardly know 10 years ago has become a major player in the supplement league.
We have noticed ourselves the popularity of Noni amongst Baby boomers.
