If you reach the answering machine, don't just hang up. We get a high volume of calls and sometimes there's only one person
manning (womanning?)the phones. If you get the machine it may just mean we're on the line with another customer. So please be patient with us, and leave a message.
We promise to return your call, because all our customers are important to us.
Also please remember that we're in Hawaii, so there may be anywhere from 2 hours to 6 hours time difference between us. If you're having lunch in New York, Boston, or Washington, D.C. we're probably just getting out of bed here.
On the other hand, if you're on the east coast and the ten o'clock news comes on, there's still time to call in your order, because we're still getting our shipments ready for our daily FEDEX pickup at 5:00 PM.
And finally, even though NoniConnection is a business, we're also a family--just like you. Running this business keeps us pretty much at full throttle all day every day. So please be patient with us. We DO want to hear from you and WILL respond to any and all communications.
